    if i upgrade the site to personal then can everybody follow me or like n comment in this site whether they are not in wordpress ?

    Hi there,

    Anyone can already follow and comment on your site even on the free plan. A follow button is shown on your site to logged in and logged out visitors, and comments all depend on your comment settings.

    Who Can Comment

    WordPress.com likes are only available to logged-in WordPress.com users. There is no upgrade you can add to your site that will change this.
