  I keep entering my email address in ‘Follow’ but I keep getting a message that it’s not a valid email address, but IT IS!!!

  Hi, could you tell us what email address you’re using? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.

  I had trouble, so I submitted a question. I received a response from a Staff member, but when I try to answer their question (what is my email address for site) I receive an error message: ‘ERROR: Duplicate reply detected, it looks as though you’ve already said that!’ What on earth does that mean?? How do I circumvent it?

  Thanks, I do see one pending subscription for that. Perhaps you’ve already requested a subscription and need to confirm it rather than entering the address again?

  Can you confirm what site you are trying to follow?
