Follow blog by email on mobile

  Does anyone know how to make the follow blog by email prominent when reading it from a phone? Readers have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to sign up for my email updates, and I’d rather they be able to enter their emails right at the top, the way it works on the desktop version.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The follow button has been removed. Staff have introduced the action bar and you can read about it here https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/08/26/new-action-bar/

  I still don’t see how to put “follow blog” on the very top when viewing it on a mobile device. How do I put it above my posts?
