Follow blog by email problem

  I have set up follow our blog by email widget. When I click on it so I can get a copy of my posts sent to my email account it says you will get an email to confirm you joined. But I never get the email. I have tried it numerous times. My email is showing correctly on my settings page . I have other blogs with you and this always worked on them…Thanks Steve

  This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

  E-mail me whenever
  Anyone posts a comment
  A comment is held for moderation
  Someone likes one of my posts
  Someone reblogs one of my posts
  Someone follows my blog

  Click “save changes”

  P.S. Have you checked your email client spam/junk mail folder?

  thank you for responding. I did all you suggested and I’m still not getting an email that I signed up for my blog.

  Is it not working because it’s my own blog?
