  I used the Follow Blog Widget for email subscriptions to my blog. Unfortunately, the format is unreadable in some email clients. Any suggestions for a better way to do email subscriptions? Thanks in advance!

  All that’s required to follow any blog hosted by wordpress.COM is exactly what you were required to provide to register here, and that is a valid email address that the published posts can be sent to.

  Here subscribers control their own subscriptions and frequency of receipt of posts from sites they subscribe to. We cannot act on their behalf.

  Widgets can be configured to appear only on certain pages (or be hidden on certain pages) by clicking on the Visibility button.

  The widget and subscription process are working fine. The problem happens when a new post is sent via email. The HTML format is not readable in some email clients. Perhaps a more basic format would work. However, i could not find an option to change the format of the email message. Please advise. Thanks for your responses!
