follow blog post via e-mail and mailchimp

    I have a popup for a newsletter which links to mail chimp. there is the additional follow this blog via e-mail but it does not appear to be linked to mailchimp. How do i make the follow this blog link to the mailchimp list?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
