Follow Blog Widget

  On my site (prepacad.com) I am trying to insert the Follow Blog widget, but it is not appearing as an option to add. How can I add this widget to my site? I have followed the steps on the Follow Blog widget page, but when I go the search box and look for it, it is not there.
