Follow Blog Widget by e-mail -Followers overnight gone down without reason

Miraculous my followers on the follow blog widget via e-mail dropped from 538 overnight to 283 or something the drop was caused by the Facebook followers that dropped till 25. I can not find any reason nor explanation in FB nor on WordPress.com for this drop. I have not be unfriended overnight etc. So why is this happening. Could you solve this mystery for me. I want my followers by e-mail back.
