Hi,
Recently the follow blog widget that is usually in the bottom right corner of the screen disappeared, yet I see it for other blogs. I was wondering how to add it back.

Thank you. I do have that widget. Do you know how to add the widget to the bottom bar (where the customizer button is)?
-
I think you can enter Customizer > Widget, and then add this widget to <Footer> section, and if you don’t found this section, may be your theme is not support. I can’t post image here, but my current theme has Footer section :)

Sorry, I meant the bottom bar with three dots and a follow button that usually shows up for users that are not logged in. Thanks.

Do you mean three dot button at bottom-right screen?
And you want to make this widget flying at bottom right above this button? -
See if it’s your expected position, and then i can send you custom css

Thanks for your help, but I meant the button that usually shows up next to the bar with 3 dots in the bottom right. Its not exactly a widget and I think it can be fixed without code, but I’m not sure how. It automatically shows up for users who are logged out. Most other blogs have it as well.
