Follow Blog Widget – message translation and e-mail list maintenance.

    The blog page for logged in WordPress users who follow it through the “follow” widget receive a message in english: You are following this blog (manage), although the whole blog is inportuguese.
    Can I translate this message?
    On the same subject: Does WordPress detect when a e-mail is not in use anymore and delete it?
