Follow Blog Widget on Self Hosted WP Blogs?

  I’d like to have the Follow Blog widget on a self hosted blog that uses the WP software. I’d like to give readers the chance to subscribe to posts by e-mail in addition to RSS. Is that possible, or is it only available on WP hosted blogs? Is there a plugin for this on self hosted blogs using WP? If so, where do I get it?

  Currently, it’s only available on WordPress.com blogs.
