Follow box disappeared?

  I no longer see the follow box at the bottom-right corner of the blog when signed out. Has it been taken out by WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Check your Settings > Reading page > Follower Settings > Anonymous Followers
  as I had to set mine up again last night there.

  I know for sure that I didn’t uncheck it but it was unchecked for me, until I went back to check this morning.
