  Can you tell me what the button at the top left of my “entry” panel means? follow what? Is this related to a way people outside of the wp community can follow my blog without subscribing? or

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That follow button on the Admin bar is for logged in members of the WordPress.com community as only they can see it. When clicked the blogger who clicks it can follow (subscribe to) your blog. Read more here > Managing Blogs I Follow

  For those outside the WordPress.com community there is now a follow button that can be activated on the bottom right hand corner of the blog. Read more here > More traffic for your blog with the follow button
