  I was just viewing my new site and I did not see where there is an option for someone to follow my blog. Am I missing it?

  Hello ranchinghappiness,

  I can see the option for following your blog, it appears on the right down side of the screen.
  Since you’re logged in, you probably see another box saying ‘Customize’ and ‘Edit’. There’s also a ‘…’ option: if you click on it, a menu appears with the ‘Follow’ option.

  A Follow Blog Widget is also available for you, if you’d like to have another call to action for readers to follow you blog. You can find more information here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
