'Follow' button

  I’ve just been warned that when visiting my place, visitors can’t find the ‘Follow’ button to get subscribed to my site via e-mail. I checked and only can find it to subscribe via WordPress, but not via e-mail. How can I solve this? Thank you.

  Subscribe via email and follow via email is same in wordpress.

  I know that, the problem is that, when visiting the site from a cell phone, the ‘Follow’ button to subscribe via e-mail is not available as it is when visiting from a laptop or an iPad.
