  I have seen a few wordpress blogs that have a simple follow button on the bottom right that is a simple click. I am wondering how to get that or if it just comes with wordpress

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The follow button is automatic on WordPress.com blogs — there’s a support document at WordPress.org for creating it on WordPress.org self-hosted sites but if you have trouble with that, you’ll need to ask in their forums, not here.
