Follow button at the bottom of the screen on the right

Hello admin. Currently my wordpress is having an error that the follow button is not displayed at the bottom of the right page, the button when I slide up and down will show it. Even though there is a follow button in the widget, I still want to display that button. Please help me.

Hi there,
You’re not currently seeing a follow button in the action bar because you don’t have any blog posts published on your site. Once you’ve published at least two posts on your site, the Follow Site option will appear.
Pages don’t appear in the WordPress.com Reader and don’t send out notifications to subscribers, only posts do. So sites that only publish pages don’t show the option to follow them, as there’s nothing to follow in that case.
The action bar/follow button isn’t always visible. If someone scrolls down on your site the button gets hidden, and then reappears when you scroll up. That’s how the button is designed to work, and it’s not possible to change that.
