Follow button does not appear

    I am using the expound theme. An earlier post told me to use setting, reading to deal with a “Follow” button. The only thing I could check is a box that allows logged out users to see a “Follow” button on the lower right corner of the article. Checked or not checked. Logged in or out I get no “Follow” Button. With out it I am hamstrung trying to build a following. Please help.
