Follow Button is not working in new site

    Hi,

    I have redirected my old site rindut.wordpress.com to new site rindut.com. Then I added a Follow Button in new site (you can see in rindut.com on the bottom side). But when somebody clicked this button to follow my site, it will not added my Followers in rindut.com, but added my Followers in rindut.wordpress.com instead.

    The link on the Follow Button already referred to rindut.com, as below:

    <a class="wordpress-follow-button" href="http://rindut.com" data-blog="http://rindut.com" data-lang="en" data-show-follower-count="true">Follow me</a>

    Could you please help on this?
