Follow button not visible in Chrome
-
I just found out that the ‘Follow’ button is not visible in Google Chrome. Does anyone know how to fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
What’s the site you need help with?
When I visit https://olavdemaat.wordpress.com/ in Google Chrome I am able to locate the +follow button and it is working.
You can check here to see if you are running the most current version of your web browser, and if not, update it.
Let me know if you need more help.

Hi Liz,
Thx for your help. It was actually not I, but a wannabe-follower that couldn’t find the “Follow” button in Chrome. I’ll tell her.
Thx again!

Hello Liz,
Sorry, l could not find anything at browse happy that checks to see if l have the latest version of MS IE 11 – just publicity. Perhaps you could walk me through it please. Only recently bought this laptop with Windows 10 already loaded and EDGE as the browser. I downloaded IE 11 from the Windows site so assume it is the latest version. I prefer it to EDGE and Chrome. Do l need to change browsers just to accomodate the solution to this problem.
Pretty frustrating that the only widget that doesn’t work is the ‘Follow’ button.

Dan

Hi Dan,
This is the latest version of IE from Microsofts website:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer-11-for-windows-7-details.aspxHere’s the guide to help you with browser issues, please complete the steps discussed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

Hi Liz,
The first link stated that IE 11 for Windows 7 was not compatible with my system. So rather than fiddle in the dark l changed my Browser by default to the latest version of Chrome – Yes, you’ve guessed it the ‘Follow’ button is absent in the sidebar even though it is shown as a saved widget in my list. All other widgets are visible! – What’s next please?
Regards
Dan

In the bottom right corner, is the +follow… button that WordPress.com users will see when logged in. -
