Follow button on bottom right corner

  Hello there, on all of my devices I see a ‘follow button’ on the bottom right hand side. I know that it used to be removable. Now I see that the option seems to have disappeared. Is there any way of removing this. If not, does it disappear when I upgrade to a payment plan?
