Follow by email

I have had a couple subscribers say they followed by email but the notifications stopped coming. Is there any way to add a email address that is not yours back into the list.

Hi there. First, ask them to check their email spam/junk folders. Even if it never went there before, someone else reporting a WordPress email as spam might cause the email client to start filtering WordPress emails for other users as well. If they use Gmail, they should also check the Social tab of the inbox.
If those subscribers are not WordPress.com users, please ask them to check their email subscription settings at this link: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/
If they are WordPress.com users, ask them to check their general email notifications settings in their account settings – what often happens is that people cancel notifications emails, not realising this also cancels all email subscriptions to blogs – and also check their email settings for your specific blog under Blogs I Follow in the Reader.
