Follow by email signup

    I have received complaints from people who wish to follow my blog, saying that they were unable to follow and that the form was not accepting their email address. How do I fix this?

    Hi there,

    To check this I would need to know the email addresses of the people who are unable to follow your site. I tested the widget on your site with my own email address and it subscribed me without any problems, so the problem is not with your site, it’s with the emails of the people who are trying to subscribe.

    It would be best if those followers can post here themselves so I can investigate, but if they don’t have WordPress.com accounts and you have their permission, please post their emails here and I can check if they might be blocking subscriptions from WordPress.com.

    If you paste each email address on its own line they will be hidden from public view, but I’ll still be able to see them.
