Follow comments

    Despite following the directions to enable ‘Follow comments’ on my blog, the option isn’t available. I’ve enabled the option under Settings>Discussion and written a Comment Follow Email Text under Settings>Reading. What am I missing? Is this a theme issue? I’m using Ashe theme.
