Follow #L7VE vs Follow Blog via e-mail

  I am wondering if someone can explain to me the difference between the blue Follow versus the Red/Maroon Follow Button on our blog site. The blue button shows the number 2 after it (which I thought represented the number of followers) but the other Follow option says that there are 13 followers.
