Follow me on Linked in

I have installed the plug-in “Ultimate Follow Me Plugin by Free Blog Factory” to contact with two social networking sites. I have no trouble getting it to connect to my facebook account but I am having trouble with Linkedin. I am asked to put in my user name and when I put in my e-mail address (which is what I use to sign on) Linked in says “an exact match cannot be found.” I asked LinkedIn for help thinking that there is some other user name that I should use. They replied “I believe your user name is the primary email address associated with your account.” When I told replied that that does not work, they said I need to contact WordPress. Can somebody help me? Thanks.

If you have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install then you are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com. You must post where the support bot is pointing to http://wordpress.ORG/support/

If you have a free hosted WordPress.com blog there is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them Those found on the internet are for wordpress.ORG installs which run on different software.
