"Follow Me on Twitter" widget no longer gives number of people following me

  “Follow Me on Twitter” widget no longer gives the number of people following me on Twitter. Has there been a change? Difficulty with Twitter?

  When I take a look at your settings at Appearance > Widgets I don’t see the “Display Follow Button” option for the Twitter widget selected. Can you make sure you’ve checked that option in the widget? Thanks!

  That’s a different widget, but, I did as you requested and that turned on the Follow option for that widget. I even turned it on in the inactive Twitter widget. However, made an error. The widget I am using is the TEXT Widget with the coding: [twitter-follow screen_name='goodolewoody' show_count='yes' text_color='00ccff'] When I first installed this I got the “count” of people following me on Twitter. Sorry about the confusion.

  The follower count actually hasn’t been a part of our Twitter widget.

  Were you perhaps using their widget code before?
