  How do I modify the Welcome email to the Follow Me widget?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  If you visit the Settings->Reading page, toward the bottom, you can change the text for the Blog Follow and Comment Follow e-mails. A direct link to that page is: https://balancingpaleodotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php
