Follow me widget

I have lost the widget follow me via email etc to my sidebar and footer. I have gone into appearance widgets dragged it over in position and saved but it doesn’t show on my blog. what am I doing wrong?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Both widgets are present and accounted for me in Chrome40 (screenshots)
Try logging out clearing your browser cache and cookies (which will log you out of all websites you are currently logged into) and then log back in and look.
Alternately, you can try looking in a different browser.

You are absolutely right. Cleaned out the cookies and also checked another browser.
