Follow-Me/Sign-Up Link/button in between posts?

I was wondering if I can add a “Follow My Blog” link or button inside my posts or on my about page?
I want to add an input field which will ask the visitors to add their email to follow my blog.
There is a widget to follow my blog, but it appears in the sidebar. I want it to appear in the sidebar as well as in the posts or page.

You cannot place one “between posts”. We have a subscription shortcode which you can make use of. The help page on it is right here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/
You can create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ and add a Subscribe page into it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-pages
Or you could also simply include the subscription shortcode at the end of every post you publish.

Note that you can also use subscription shortcode on your About page or on any other page.

Yes, they are which is why this is so perplexing. Could there be a limit on the number of sites accessible? I have about 50 sites.
