    Hi,

    Several time, people try to follow my blog, enter their email address but :
    – I do not receive any email confirmation
    – follower number stay blocked at the same number

    What is the issue? I would need support,

    Hi there,

    The most likely explanation is that either the followers are not confirming the subscription via the email we send them, or they’re not receiving the confirmation email because it’s going to spam in their email account. But to check this we would need to know the email addresses of the people trying to follow your site.

    You will only receive a notification, and your follower count will only go up, once a follower confirms their subscription.
