I sent in a question about managing my site and I have not heard back. I had an IT rep set my site up through you a few years back and I am wanting to manage it myself now. I am not sure why the blog posts on my website http://www.greenislepm.com are not matching what I have placed on the WordPress. I posted a new blog yesterday and it is not transferring to my site and not sure why. Also I would like to manage some material on my site and would like a little assistance or tutorial on how to do so. I want to start by changing my personal photo on my profile. Please advise the best way to go about these tasks.

It is good to know that you are taking the control of your site and want to manage it by yourself.
To fully control your website, you need to be logged in as the admin.
Are you able to log in as admin on your website- http://www.greenislepm.com/wp-adminI can not see any new posts on your blog page. It shows October 2012 as the last date when posts were added to your website.
Please note that your site http://www.greenislepm.com/ is not hosted by WordPress.com. It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress i.e. WordPress.org and it is hosted by GoDaddy.
We are only able to provide assistance to the users whose site is hosted here at WordPress.com.
If you don’t have the correct login details, please contact your hosting service or your IT guy for login details.
