Follow-up: Cannot access account due to two factor

My previous thread was closed, so I’m having to make a new one. The lack of an email address to follow up with is ridiculous.
I’ve visited the ‘Need more help’ link on the lost account page, and filled out all the info a couple of days ago. I am wondering how long this process takes. I need to know whether I will regain access to my site, or will I need to reconstruct the contents somewhere else.
The blog is http://the144workshop.wordpress.com. My username is cocheseuga. I can respond via the email account registered with the blog, or with the Facebook or Twitter accounts that are of the same name. I can take pictures of the polo shirts I have with my logo. I just need to know what I need to do.
