I am following up on my previous email regarding my refund request for the purchase of the Personal plan on the 2nd of May 2023. As I have not received any update on my refund request on the 3rd of May 2023, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update.

It appears that the purchase of WordPress.com Personal and the registration of the “fw12b.blog” domain was made on May 2nd, and today, May 8th, you have requested a cancellation and refund.
