Follow Widget and Like Widget, How do I get them?

  I would like to add the follow widget as well as a like widget, so people can follow my blog and be notified by e.mail, and a like button so peoples photos are posted as well a s their comments with photos. I have been searching my domain and this site and can not figure out how to access or download them, and they do not show up in my Appearance-widgets section. Please help.
