  The sites issue has been present for a while, when I was following sites I was following like 4 but it said I was following 5

  Also for the email address I attempted twice using the recommended program mailinator. And how can you see the activity of my account?

  As I said, I cannot check anything if you don’t give me the email address you are trying to use.

  And how can you see the activity of my account?

  All customer support staff at WordPress.com can access your account. It would be impossible to do our jobs if we couldn’t do that.

  Thank you for the email. It appears mailinator email addresses are not allowed on WordPress.com. Please use Gmail or Yahoo instead, as I suggested previously.

  The gmail address I have on the account is a deleted email address would that work
  What else do I have to do to lock the account

  If the email address on the account is not active any more, all you need to do is set a long, random password, log out, and clear your browser cookies.

  Without the email address, there will be no way to reset the password, so once you do that, not you nor anyone else will be able to log into this account again.

  The only way anyone could get into this account is if they had the password, or had access to the email address connected to the account. If you set a long, random password that no one can guess, and the email address no longer exists, there is no way for someone to get into this account again.
