Followed sites manage page

  on the ‘followed sites’ ‘manage page, a blog I follow shows up twice. If I un-follow the blog, and re-follow it, they still show up twice. It also increases the number of blogs I follow by 2 so it is following them double. And yet none of their posts are showing up in my reader either. Why is it doing this, and can it be corrected?
