Follower cannot enter email address

  My daughter is unable to register as a follower of my blog. Both of her email addresses get rejected. One address is an @gmail.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Did she try to subscribe via your computer? It could be that she’s unable to use her email to subscribe while you’re logged in on the same computer. Try logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies, and then have her subscribe again.

  Have you tried inviting her as a follower instead? Go the Users ->Invite New on the WP-Admin dashboard and send her an invitation to follow. If she doesn’t get the email on her Gmail account, check the Social tab in the inbox, and also the spam folder.

  If none of that works, let us know.

  Thanks for the feedback. I sent out invitations again and it worked this time. Problem solved.

  Thanks for sharing. It really gives me (and everyone else) a perspective on work practices of WordPress. It is fine that I lost a customer and made a bit of a embarrassment of myself that way. Glad that WordPress is doing so well.
