Follower can't comment

  Hi,
  The follower who comments the most on my posts is getting the following error message:
  Sorry, your comment cannot be posted. She can’t comment on any of my posts. Yesterday she could but no more. Other people are able to comment on my posts. I know this is an issue with my site since she’s able to comment on other people’s blog posts. What do I do?
