Follower can't get emails

    I have a new blog and someone is trying to follow us by email. She checks the follow and gets and email that says she’s following and needs to confirm. When she clicks on the confirm then it takes her to a page that says subscription management. She doesn’t have a word press account and uses gmail for email. It asks her to log in, but again she doesn’t have an account. She can’t get any notifications from our blog as it says she needs to follow. Please help!!!!!!!
