Follower confirmation email geeting

  I just got a call from a new subscriber who told me his confirmation email started out with Howdy. How can I change this? As an attorney, it’s just not appropriate, unless the subscriber’s name is Howdy.

  Hi there,
  You can change that on this page > Settings > Reading
  scroll down to:
  Follower Settings
  These settings change emails sent from your blog to followers.
