Follower count became 0 from 224

  Hi, I’m handling the technical support for my friend Khushboo’s blog – kthadani.com. She upgraded her wordpress.com account to kthadani.com. So far, everything was fine, however, earlier today the count of blog followers became 0 from 224. These were NOT the Facebook/Twitter followers, these were direct email subscribers.

  While searching on Google, I came across this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/disappearing-blog-followers?replies=24
  Seems like someone else has also faced this issue but WP Staff didn’t quite mention how they resolved it. Please help at the earliest.

  There are multiple threads all on the same issue and all on the front page of the forum. All are tagged for Staff.

  Please remain calm and carry on blogging knowing Staff will fix this as soon as they can.
