follower count seems wrong

My total followers on my site appears at over 1300 but only a few days ago, it was at 1100. I didn’t receive any notification of such an increase in followers so just wondering if this is a glitch? Thank you.

You can also use: https://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=stats
*replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your site.

Note that many of us keep our personal email addresses off the web as they are for family and friend use only. Instead, we register throwaway email addresses that do not personally identify us and use them for blogging purposes.
If you are concerned about the number of subscribers then Volunteers cannot help you with that.
