Follower gets no updates

  Follower was an administrator – now changed to follower. Doesn’t receive my latest post! I removed her name from People and she clicked the Follow button from her computer. She’s listed as a follower since March 14, 2017, still not receiving my updates

  Hi there,

  Changing someone to a follower doesn’t automatically subscribe the person to email notifications, and by following herself she’ll only get email notifications if that’s her account’s default setting.

  To enable email notifications she’ll either need to subscribe via the follow blog widget, provided you have one on your site, or she’ll need to activate email notifications for your site in her Reader settings:
