Follower Migration

  i there. I’m trying to migrate my followers from the wordpress.com hosted [http://fedex000.wordpress.com] to the self-hosted [http://outofoffice.van.fedex.com/]. When I follow the instructions on this page [http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool] I get to the step where I select my WordPress.com site from a dropdown list, but there’s no site there. Despite the ability to see that site under the ‘My Sites’ tab elsewhere.
