Follower migration from self-host to new self-host

  Hello,

  Our home url askmssun.com/home was recently changed to askmssun.com. This ended up disconnecting all our followers that had subscribed through JetPack. Is there a way to transfer the followers from aksmssun.com/home to askmssun.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These forums are for the website hosted on WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress website, you have to consider using the WordPress.org forums.

  Even though my site is self-hosted, my followers are connected to the wordPress.com console, and both site names are there as well. Being that this is a JetPack site to JetPack migration with-in the WordPress.com site, wouldn’t it be a WordPress.com question? Unless I’m missing something.
