Follower not showing up

  I currently have 11 followers as per the ‘ Insights’ section of my site statistics. The followers are divided into :

  Wordpress.com – 10
  Email – 1

  in the respective stats card. But when i open the list of my followers, only a total of 10 followers show up.

  Also, the same thing happens when someone views the bottom segment of my Home page where the no. of followers (highlighted in a rectangular blue box) is shown to be 10.

  I assert (for the sake of removing any doubt) that my no. of followers are 11.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Email followers are under the “Email Followers” tab….
