Follower Notification

  When I edit a post, do my followers get another copy in their mailbox? and 2) when I edit my widgets or the picture in the main title, do my followers get notification? I just don’t want my followers to be inundated with my posts that only have minor changes, or when I am maintaining the site and trying out different Appearances, etc.
