follower numbers and post sent to

    I noticed that on my site, it says my follower number is 506, but when I post, it says ‘post sent to 406 followers. What happened to the other 100, and why aren’t they getting information that I’ve posted?

    Hi there!

    On your Stats Insights page, you can see your follower totals listed:

    We only send new post notifications to email and WordPress.com followers, not social media followers, so that’s why we report the “post sent” number that way. The widget on the front end of your site shows the total followers (email, WordPress.com, and social).
