"Follower" option in Silesia does not appear

  I want to use a blog with the Silesia theme as a newsletter generator for a group of users, but I want to invite them to the blog so that they only have to click “Accept”.
  When I select “Invite new” under “Users”, the option “Follower” does not appear in the drop down list.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can set up email subscriptions by using this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/ To be clear you cannot change the way in which the follow blog widget works.
